1. Authorised Requests Only

Only the registered account holder or a legally authorised representative may submit a server details request. Requests from third parties will not be processed.

2. Identity Verification

KloudBoy reserves the right to verify your identity through any means it deems necessary — including a callback to your registered phone number — before releasing any information.

3. Delivery to Registered Email Only

All server credentials and infrastructure details will be sent exclusively to the email address on file with your KloudBoy account. No exceptions.

4. Confidentiality Obligation

You agree to keep all received credentials strictly confidential. Do not share server details via messaging apps, email forwards, or unencrypted channels.

5. Client Liability After Receipt

Once credentials are delivered and acknowledged, KloudBoy's liability for unauthorised access arising from your handling of those credentials ceases. You assume full responsibility.

6. No Third-Party Disclosure

Server details must not be disclosed to any third party — including developers, agencies, or contractors — without first notifying KloudBoy and obtaining a written acknowledgement.

7. Credential Rotation Recommended

KloudBoy strongly recommends changing all delivered credentials immediately after use. We can assist with secure credential rotation at no extra charge.

8. Right to Withhold or Revoke

KloudBoy may decline or delay a request if there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access, account compromise, or if the request does not meet our verification standards.

9. Response Time

Why can't I just log in to AAPanel or CyberPanel directly?

On fully managed servers, direct AAPanel and CyberPanel access is intentionally restricted as part of our hardened security configuration. This prevents accidental misconfigurations, protects server-level settings, and reduces your attack surface. Submit a request here and we will provide scoped login credentials appropriate to your use case.

Will you send details to a different email than my registered one?

No. This is a firm security policy. All credentials are delivered exclusively to the email address registered on your KloudBoy account to prevent interception by third parties. If your registered email has changed, please update your account first via our support team.

Can I request access for my developer or agency?

Yes, but you must submit the request yourself as the account holder. In the "reason" field, select "Granting access to a developer or agency" and provide their details in the notes. We will advise on the safest method to onboard them — often this means creating a restricted sub-account rather than sharing root credentials.

What if I suspect my server has been compromised?
